ResumeRail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application for your personal, non-commercial use (i.e., creating your own resume). You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our software.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to bypass any limitations or billing mechanisms of the app.

3. AI Disclaimer

Our service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to help draft content. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in job applications.
• ResumeRail does not guarantee job interviews or offers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeRail or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or employment opportunities.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
